  • Any services and courses must be availed within 6 months of initial payment unless otherwise stated

  • All courses have a completion time of 6 months unless otherwise stated

  • All documents or resources (including but not limited to videos, recordings, certificates or coursework) will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after course expiry or delivery of services, unless otherwise stated
