Denis Otieno is the kind of coach who never stops growing. Already working across personal training, swimming coaching, football coaching, and group fitness instruction, Denis came to IQ Lifestyle not to start his journey — but to take it to the next level.

Drawn by IQ Lifestyle's excellent reputation, high-quality education, and practical approach to fitness training, he completed his Indoor Cycling and Kettlebell Instructor certifications — adding powerful new tools to an already impressive coaching arsenal.

The impact was immediate. The courses sharpened his coaching techniques, boosted his confidence in leading group fitness sessions, and deepened his understanding of safe and effective training methods — ultimately helping him deliver better experiences for every client he works with.

Since qualifying, Denis has gone on to coach at some of Dubai's most prestigious fitness events representing IQ Lifestyle:
