IQ Lifestyle tutors are active members of the fitness community. Although IQ Lifestyle specialise in the education side of the fitness industry, tutors still provide public classes for different fitness and wellness facilities. You can view our current timetable below. Please note that you should contact the facility directly to make a booking as IQ Lifestyle do not handle bookings or pricing unless stated.

Private bookings are also available. We work with corporate clients, VIPS and private clients to offer bespoke services.

PERSONAL TRAINING & ONLINE COACHING
Our face to face Personal Training, Pilates or Yoga sessions can be booked with Irfan, Maha and Gemma, subject to availability, in and around Dubai Sports City and Nshama Town Square throughout the week.

Private football (soccer) coaching, children's fitness activities and group training are also available around Dubai. Please contact 0562435841 for football and children's fitness.

Online Training
For clients who are competent in the gym but need accountability or assistance with programming to reach their goals, our online training package is the perfect option.

Train at your own convenience in your own location.

Our team can design water-based exercise, Pilates, yoga, gym and home training programmes to work alongside your daily schedule and activities. We also work with pregnant women, children and clients with medical conditions or injury so rest assured you're in safe hands!
