Christina L. Sanchez brings over 20 years of experience across hospitality, wellness, and fitness leadership — and her story is nothing short of remarkable.

Her career began in hospitality before transitioning into the wellness industry in Miami, where she was part of the launch team for Anatomy Miami and a partner in Vita Squad IV Mobile Drips across Miami and Ibiza. After relocating to Dubai in 2019, she led the development of several hospitality and lifestyle concepts in DIFC and Fairmont Hotel before moving fully into fitness.

In 2021, Christina created and launched the UAE's first all-women's super club — 36sqft Oasis, Fithub — securing over 550 founding memberships within just 60 days of launch. She later joined FitnGlam as part of the original leadership team before becoming General Manager of Sports Society, leading a team of over 100 staff. Under her leadership, the club was recognised as the 2024 REPS Gym of the Year. 🏆

Despite her extensive leadership experience, Christina wanted to deepen her technical knowledge and become a qualified fitness professional herself. That decision led her to IQ Lifestyle.

She completed her Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutrition, Group Exercise Instructor, Pilates, and Children's Physical Activity & Fitness qualifications — and hasn't looked back since.

Through IQ Lifestyle's network and continued support, Christina was selected to coach at Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025 and the Government Games. Her coaching at DFC25 was even featured in Gulf News, where a first-time participant described how her encouragement turned an intimidating strength session into a confidence-building experience. 🗞️

She now works with a select portfolio of VIP personal training clients across Dubai while teaching group fitness classes at Wellfit — one of the Middle East's leading fitness companies — and continuing her education with IQ Lifestyle.
