Irina's relationship with movement began long before she made it her career. She started teaching yoga part-time in 2018 — and by 2020, she had committed to the fitness industry fully, bringing her love of mindful movement into everything she does.

Drawn to IQ Lifestyle for its reputation as the best fitness education provider in the Middle East, Irina was also inspired by the professionalism and personality of Gemma — and that combination made it the clear choice for her continued development.

With IQ Lifestyle, Irina has completed her Fitness Instructor, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates qualifications — each one helping her grow, refine her skills, and expand the range of clients she can serve. The support she has received along the way has been second to none.

Having worked across multiple gyms and studios throughout Dubai, including as a Yoga and Stretch Instructor at the prestigious SIRO Hotel with IQ Lifestyle, Irina has now found her home as a full-time instructor at 700 Padel and Fitness Hub — one of Dubai's exciting and growing fitness destinations. 🧘‍♀️💪
