1. About us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all classes, personal training sessions, packages and professional vocational courses booked with IQ Lifestyle FZ LLC ("IQ Lifestyle", "we", "us").

2. Acceptance of these terms
By booking a class or personal training session, purchasing a package or enrolling on a course with IQ Lifestyle, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not complete your booking.
These terms apply whether you book online, by phone, by email, by message or in person.
3. Classes and personal training sessions
This section applies to all classes, personal training sessions and packages booked directly through IQ Lifestyle or any of its employees or subcontractors.
Package expiry
• All class packages and purchased sessions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Any sessions not used within 30 days will expire automatically.
• Expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred or carried over to a new package. Expiry dates will not be extended for any reason, including illness or travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing by IQ Lifestyle.
• Packages are for the named purchaser only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Rescheduling and cancellations
• To reschedule or cancel a booked class or session, you must give at least 24 hours' notice before the start time.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be counted as used. This applies whatever the reason, including illness, travel, work commitments or other personal circumstances.
• Rescheduling or cancelling does not extend your package expiry date. All sessions must be used within the original 30-day validity period, unless otherwise agreed in writing by IQ Lifestyle.
• Please arrive on time. Classes start promptly and late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.
Changes by IQ Lifestyle
We may occasionally need to change a class time, instructor or location. If we cancel a class, the session will be returned to your package or rescheduled at no cost to you.
4. Classes at partner locations
Where you book a class through a partner location, that location's own booking, payment, expiry, rescheduling and cancellation policies apply instead of Section 3.
Please contact the partner location directly for booking enquiries. Their terms and conditions will be made available to you by the partner location.
5. Professional vocational courses and qualifications
IQ Lifestyle delivers professional vocational accredited courses and qualifications. This section applies to all courses, whether delivered face to face or online.
Completion period
• All courses must be completed within 6 months.
• For face-to-face courses, the 6 months start from the first face-to-face training date.
• For online courses, the 6 months start from the date of first payment.
• Learners who do not complete within 6 months may need to re-enrol and pay the applicable fees.
Refunds and transfers
• Course fees are non-refundable.
• If you miss the first date of training, you are not entitled to a refund or a transfer to another course date.
Attendance
• Learners must attend a minimum of 80% of the course.
• Learners who do not meet the minimum attendance may not be eligible to register with REPS UAE.
Registration and certificates
• Learners are registered with the awarding body using their name exactly as shown on their photo ID. Please make sure the details you give us are correct.
• Any name change or re-processing after registration is charged at AED 750 plus vat.
6. General
Health and safety
Please tell your instructor about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy before taking part. You take part in physical activity at your own risk and should consult a doctor if you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you. Always follow your instructor's safety guidance.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
