With over 56,000 followers on Instagram and a global reputation in the freestyle football world, Ammar has spent years pushing the boundaries of what the human body can do with a football.

Self-taught through years of dedicated research, watching videos, and relentless practice, Ammar came to IQ Lifestyle to deepen his knowledge and gain further qualifications. He completed his Sports Massage, Boxercise, and On the Mic certifications — adding a powerful new dimension to his already exceptional skill set, while also building his confidence and developing his English along the way.

IQ Lifestyle recognised Ammar's incredible energy, presence, and passion for fitness and put him forward for something truly special — the role of Arabic MC at the Dubai Mallathon 2025 and the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
