Yenisey was completely new to the fitness industry when she joined IQ Lifestyle — and her transformation since then has been incredible to watch.

She chose IQ Lifestyle in search of a recognised qualification that would give her the knowledge and confidence to launch her career as a fitness instructor. It proved to be exactly the right foundation.

Through her training, Yenisey built a strong understanding of fitness, exercise programming, coaching, and client safety — equipping her not just with technical skills, but with the confidence to start teaching and pursue real opportunities in the industry.

Since qualifying, Yenisey has gone on to work as a freelance fitness instructor with Swat Arena Fitness, and is currently coaching at the Dubai Mallathon. Alongside this, she's been developing her own fitness classes and continuing to grow her experience as an instructor. 💃
